I operate on the honor system. I don't take your credit card until after repairs are completed to your satisfaction. To avoid misunderstanding I ask that you agree to the following:

To pay $59.99 (or other agreed amount) by credit card or Paypal immediately upon completion of
      repairs. If you will not be available immediatly upon completion, you must discuss that with us prior.

If the problem is not fixed there will be no charge.

If work is started and then you choose to discontinue repairs before completion,
      payment of $59.99 is due.

The time required to repair your computer varies. Virus repairs average two hours, however if the
      operating system has been severely damaged by malware, it may require several hours, or even
      days, to complete the repair. The computer will not be able to be used until repairs are completed.
      You do not need to be at the computer during repair. You will be called on the phone when the work
      is completed.

If your repair involves virus removal, be advised that some viruses do extensive damage to the
      operating system and / or delete user data. Although I can remove the virus and repair
      instances of OS damage, such repair is on a best effort basis and file recovery is not guaranteed.

It may be necessary to remove any antivirus, antimalware, antispyware or firewall products
      that you may have installed. You hereby grant such permission. You may reinstall them after
      repair. Please be advised that reinstallation of such products voids your 24-hour warranty, therefore
      please be sure to make certain your computer is fixed before installing any software.      

Because re-infection & damage from Internet viruses can happen quickly, we require that you
      contact us within 24 hours if you feel that we failed to correct the problem you specified. Since
      payment is made after repairs are completed, refunds are never issued. All sales of both software
      and labor are final.

Disable UAC - Click Here If Instructed

Disable UAC Instructions: After clicking the red Disable UAC button above, then click on Run, Open, or Yes as prompted in order to run the TweakUAC.exe file. If you are using Firefox and it only prompts you to save the file, you may need to click on the Tools menu, select downloads and run the file by double-clicking on TweakUAC.exe file. Repeatedly click the Next button, then the Install Button, then Finish and then check the I Have Read box and click OK. In the TweakUAC box that opens select Turn UAC Off Now and click OK. Click Restart Now to restart the PC. After your PC reboots return to this page and click on the Quick Connect Button below.
